Rock and roll comes to Watchet :-)

A lot better journey from Stratford to Watchet than the day before. Our house was ready early and I got the customary text from the owner just as we were driving down the hill into town. Much cheering and merriment from Sal!
Unpacked, had a chill and then wandered down to the harbour and marina where there were some Somerset Day celebrations.
These three guys were playing outside of The East Key development and played a nice blend of trad folk and Poguesy type music. Bar open, lots of families about and kids dancing along to the music. Hats off to the folk of Watchet.
Had some tea when we got back and then Sal was banished to the bedroom to watch Eurovision whilst I watched a bit of telly.
Good start to the holiday.
