Working Lunch...

Start of a healthier diet. 12.12 or 12.6 depending on the machine used. Im not fussed with the number just how healthy I feel, so need to loose some weight.

Slightly less frustrating day at work.

Had a lovely dinner with M&J.

Filled up the car £1.389 per litre (thought it would be interesting to track the price increases).

Update on yesterdays blip, they have flown the nest.
