It has been beautiful sunny and warm today and apart from going for a walk we have spent most of the time in the garden. The clematis is flowering well now and is absolutely covered in buds too.

We also have our two oldest granddaughters Penny and Millie overnight so this afternoon Penny made some buns which Millie helped to decorate and then they wanted a roast chicken dinner which we all enjoyed at teatime. Both in bed now and we have a welcome mug of tea.
