Flowers over water

This is one of the few irrigation channels running and a few wildflowers are benefiting at its edges. The market in the village is more animated now summer is approaching. Also, there have been two bank holidays this week which means that many people took an extra day’s holiday on Friday to make it a five day long weekend. There was a good variety of stalls this morning. In the afternoon we had the annual general meeting of the central European bellringing council. It did not last long and then we had our regular practice with the extra helpers.
