Read in the British and Spanish Press that the residents of this small model fishermen’s village in the south of Menorca are fed up with tourists invading their privacy particularly late in the evening .

A few Business people got together circa 50 years ago and built this pretty village on a piece of land with the hope of attracting tourist and employment to this quiet part of the island knowing and hoping restaurants , cafes, shops and supermarkets would follow.

It’s certainly done that!

The plea is that hours of business will be reduced to enforce earlier closure in the evening!

Uhm!!
