Burdock Seedhead

I was out for a walk around 7:30 this morning - enjoying the cool(er) part of the day.

These burdock seedheads were lit up nicely - I used a large aperture so that the background (a cropped field) was blurred.

There was also a crop sprayer out in a field near the old windmill….see extra.

I did spend a couple of hours out in the garden clearing the block paving joints - but I ran out of shade as the sun moved around and I had to retire by 11 a.m.
