Aurora

Currie, near Edinburgh 

Must be the earliest I've taken a blip photo - just after midnight, standing outside in the dark and looking up.  

Although I could see some of the colours just looking, they were shrouded in greyish tones and could easily have been missed. The camera picked up far more of the spectrum (despite the light pollution).
