Back blip

The big thing today was handing in my resignation for the test item writing which I’ve been doing for over a year now. I’ve learnt a lot about the intricacies of it, enjoyed some of it, but I haven’t enjoyed it enough to embrace it wholly. The reimbursement isn’t enough to justify the skill involved and the team spirit and collaboration really hasn’t really developed the way I thought it might and had hoped. ‘Just because you fit in doesn’t mean you’re in the right place’ - I’m not sure where I noted this quote from, but I like it. It was nice though to receive an email saying that I’m welcome back in the team anytime.
