Spent the morning preparing for L, K snd D coming for lunch. It was lovely to see them all though L and K arrived 20 minutes early so hadn’t vacuumed or finished getting ready. It didn’t matter though- we spent all our time outside! Did a very retro summer lunch which went down well - though i have just realised I forgot to put the salad leaves out . They stayed until 6ish so we had time for a nice long chat. I cleared up after they’d gone and then just collapsed on the sofa.
