Car Park?

Wet & windy, so dog walk on tarmac road alongside parish quarry lakes. Looks like parish council finally has a plan for a marked car park. Gets a bit chaotic when the swimming weather starts. Not convinced they really have a plan for the entire complex, but we'll see.
