Wall to wall sunshine

Out and about early doors before the sun warmed the thin mist and burned it all away.
Nature was singing regardless of the slight mist, I was extremely fortunate to be able to see and hear Gods creations, some the most beautiful and precious sounds from the surroundings I was strolling through.
L popped in briefly for a warm drink in between clients, before I popped into work to update the situation regarding my injuries and my return to work.
Met up with L in Sainsbury’s cafeteria for a rather scant lunch of bananas, expensive crisps and a peppermint tea.
After purchasing some towels and tea towels for the van I was able to contact a highly recommended Pilates instructor to make an appointment with.

I could not resist sharing the bundle of orchids which were literally growing on roadside.
