Summery

A warm summery day. What a blessing. With the sun rising soon after 5am, Merlin wakes early, as do I. Usually I go down and make a cup of tea, let Merlin in the garden and feed him whilst I prepare my breakfast. Today it was porridge and blueberries. Once we’ve eaten I get ready for my day and Merlin goes upstairs to rest with Andy. I think it is Merlin’s favourite part of the day.

Grateful:
- For a peaceful breakfast listening to the birds singing.
- For freshly picked salad leaves from the garden to go with dinner this evening.
- To Andy for stopping at the garden centre on his return from Chichester to get some allotment supplies.
