Finally

... the mountains reappeared.... just as we left. Blip :Dents, de Midi. 
Our run went well last night. Both pleased with our times. I was 2nd in my age group :). More importantly for me, I ran all the big elevation (300m rise in 3km).

Up v early this morning as we were headed to Italy and knew Grand St Bernard Tunnel would be busy (Swiss holiday). Picnic on the beach in our 'special place' Sestri and just had a, wonderful locally sourced dinner at a stunning Agriturismo in the back of beyond nr La Spezia. Extra: our view.
