Coming through!

The smaller of the two calves was snoozing peacefully when the larger one decided, instead of walking round sleeping beauty, to push its way through to the fence.

I held out some grass which the calf seemed keen to try but it hasn't quite mastered the use of its tongue to wrap round the grass.

A warm morning but not much sunshine. Did some weeding and general tidying up in the garden. Looking out the window I don't see much difference but my pail full of weeds, dead heads and fallen petals is proof that some work was done.
