Dreamsphere

My neighbour makes these spheres and sells them worldwide. Apparently they are inspired by the Lord of the Rings. Anyway, today he popped round and gave me one! It does look nice in the light.
I've had awful sciatica since I came home from Scotland. It's really painful and I can't sit down.. even lying in bed is uncomfortable. I hope it resolves soon... osteopath tomorrow..
