Access no more

All change - locks and new notices to deter access to the reservoir walk.

Without any enforcement it has no chance of stopping dog walkers and wild swimmers.

I have only walked round it in the last year when the gate was unlocked. As I never did the previous 60 years I can’t easily adjust to peering over the walls
