Spring like Winter Hill

Roofers started working this morning, so I arranged to meet one of my colleagues for coffee rather than a video call with the background noise of hammering. She suggested Lotties cafe at Belmont, which was as lovely as ever. This is the view from the car park.

A call from the nursing home. J saw speech therapist (about his swallowing) and the GP again this morning. She’s prescribed yet another course of antibiotics, and some medication to reduce his excessive saliva. I stopped by for a brief visit on my way back home.
