Survivor

Kirsi is not the type of person who loves to throw things away. The bulbs from last year's potted miniature daffodils were planted into the front garden where they lay dormant all the way through the mad Finnish winter under nearly 50cms of snow and with temperatures at times dipping to minus 25.
What happens soon after the sun comes out and the days become warmer? The photo reveals all. Nature is a tenacious thing for sure and craves life, not death.
