Don't trust the weather forecast

Most of the news channels said it would be raining for the bank holiday but they all lied.

We hadn't made plans thinking it would be wet so we did some essential shopping for an up and coming wedding (Claire's Cousin).

Later on we visited the recently refurbished Himley House for dinner. The place looked lovely and the food was very enjoyable, the only thing letting it down was the very slow service. We weren't in a rush so it was no big deal and we will put it down to early teething problems.

Three day weekend smashed.
