Could it bee?

Both went up to the allotment and did quite a bit, including D watering in the nematodes (for the slugs). I disturbed this bee while I was heavily pruning the sage bush - she seemed to be struggling somewhat but I gave her a dandelion flower and she seemed to like that. Waved one leg at me and then flew off.

My bumblebee ID skills are negligible so I looked up the guide on the Bumblebee Conservation trust website. Nearest seemed to be a tree bumblebee.....

Edit: I’m told it’s a common carder bee!

Later potted on the plethora of Peppapeach plants and took one round to John and Donna. Managed to get them to take a surplus tomato plant too!
