I had an email from the company where I had an interview last week today, to apologise for the delay in advising me of the result 'especially due to my 'dedicated time' to meet with them and attend the interview'.  They will not produce the result until later tomorrow.

(I like to think that if they were not considering me at all, they would have said already)

I've been continuing with applications today, and hobbled up to the chemist to get my repeat prescription this afternoon.  There was quite a long queue - and some bloke decided to go round the other side and pushed in in front of me.  I was not best impressed since I was already struggling...but my comments were totally ignored!  Afterwards I managed to pop into the Tesco express and get a few extra bits.

Now to relax this evening!
