Fergus Finds A Snack

It was almost spring-like in the sunshine today. I felt over-dressed in my winter gear. The dogs and I had a lovely amble to the Meadowbank Bridge and back...well over an hours walk.
We said hello to June who was working away over the fence in the Meadowbank Vineyard tidying and tying the vines. I had not seen her since she was doing exactly the same work last year. Where has the year gone to?
The dogs and I were right down by the river at one stage. Fergus, being part scavenger Labrador, found some old bones. Goodness know what they were from. Possibly a rabbit or even a possum. At least they did not smell and he enjoyed a good teeth-cleaning chew!
