Dumfries darling

Meet Connie the Jack Russell she is adorable and so friendly. She belongs to our friends where we stayed Saturday night. 

We all had a delicious meal at a local pub which hasn't changed much over the last 20 years or so. The restaurant is a different story it's now very popular. Our table was booked early but within minutes of arriving the place was full. Later we enjoyed a goodly amount of Laphroaig and chatted into the wee small hours. You really can’t beat a night out with good friends.
