Weather warnings!

Why is it now a days that no matter what the weather does we have to have some government body waring us about the dangers of this.

The latest one is about the hot and humid weather.

If we lived on the edges of Death Valley or had to skip to our nice school on the equator I could understand that hot and humid would be a tad worrying but really is it just me that thinks that summers are meant to be hot.
