Little Cumbrae
We went on a trip to Little Cumbrae today. We took a RIB from Fairlie and had about 4 hours on the island. That was enough to go to the highest point, visit the 2 disused lighthouses, visit a smaller tidal island with a castle and go to the remains of an old chapel. The blip is taken at the highest point and the gulls were agitated as there were nests everywhere. The extra is the Largs Pencil, a memorial to the Scottish victory over the Norwegians in 1263.
Best on black.
Today’s entry on the Abstract Fiesta journal is Ivy and Rust.
