Bone marrow. My knees always feel better for a good while after I’ve eaten this.

Met up with one of MrH’s friends and his Maltese partner in Cheltenham. The conversation included Eurovision, negronis, ABBA’s show in docklands, Brexit, cars and a debate on how to cook various things in airfryers. I didn’t start any of those conversations btw but it was joyfully easy to chat about them whilst feeling rather tired and a bit worried about my operation on Wednesday. I’m more worried about general anaesthetic than the op tbh.
