Independence Day

What a beautiful way to end the day!

The 4th of July, a day of celebration! My daughter and son-in-law took us out all day on the boat, on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. There were many people out on the lake as well. Boats with water skiers, jet skis, kayaks, canoes, and people floating on rubber rafts. After so many rainy days, everyone wanted to be outside.
The lake is quite large and we went all over the place. Along the shore, there were many, many families enjoying their time together.
I took many photos, and could have posted any one of them, but tonight as the sun was setting, I was drawn back to the lake to catch the glorious sky!
I was going to watch the fireworks and get a few photos there, but I just ran out of steam!
