No Baby Reindeer

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny & The Mini Princesses,

The Prince and I had planned to meet Sooj and Jenk for food and drinks late afternoon but they cancelled…because Jenk’s daughter, Sadie, had a baby girl yesterday.

So now we have friends our age who are grandparents! And in the same way I realised when I had children that everyone is just winging it at being a parent, the same goes for being grandparents. But with less sleepless nights and more treats!

The Prince and I still went out for dinner and had a lovely night. As he was deciding what to order, The Prince kept craning his neck to check out any plates coming out of the kitchen. I told him that I’d have to start calling him Martha as he looked like a stalker.
