Chimneys

We were going to walk along the shipping canal today but as it was raining we drove to Topsham. We had lunch in a pub that I last went to over 40 years ago. We then had a nice walk along the shore - see the extra. We then found a small nature reserve, see the other extras including the freckled wood butterfly.

In the evening we went to the Phoenix Theatre for the last evening. The majority of the bands were excellent and the evening finished with Mad Dog McRae. They are always brilliant. We’ve danced for many hours and we are both exhausted.
