At last after the promise of sunshine it arrived. As I moved around the county between Wadebridge, St Agnes, Perranporth and Newquay it was amazing to see the change in people as they set about enjoying themselves but by the time my shift finished there were some mighty red people about.

Elsewhere the wanderer has returned, our 'Gnomad', Samantha is spending a few days with us before her next school trip, Paris this time. Joshua is at fever pitch with excitement, his model airplane is ready for collection from the Post Office. Clare is looking forward to a week-end of no work, sunshine and time with her brother Mark
