Coffee with parkrun pal

Dropped off B at hospital first thing for her hip op. Fingers crossed that it goes well as she has been waiting a long time for it. 

Lunch time meet for coffee and plant swap with lovely M. I definitely had the best deal, as I now have a thriving african violet. We shared tales of emotional journeys with our dear parents.  A surprising blessing to share and find that we had so much in common. Here's hoping that the reflections make us more prepared for what lies ahead. We also shared ideas for Saturday's 'May the force be with you', parkrun  - Boba Fett dressingown and light sabre will definitely be dusted down.
