DInosaur skeleton or makeshift shelter?

We walked along the path above Kingsbarns Beach which runs alongside the rather prestigious golf course trying to avoid golfers, their lost golf balls and their professional caddies.we spotted this structure on the beach .... lovingly constructed by many pairs of hands I suspect.
