Unexpected bloom

Got up with the dawn to go for a lake swim. I went alone which made it not quite so lovely but I was still really pleased to be there.

Out and headed straight to Turkey Street to take part in a community survey. I was paired up and we walked to the north of the patch. We just wandered around and chatted to people. I liked doing it and as I keep an eye on the housing market and try to get to grips with the area, I look forward to a repeat as we plan to open our new church there in September. We had some interesting conversations.

We got to spend the evening with Dot.T which was great - took her to a local pub she’d not been to before. :-)
