Dipper

It was beautiful sunshine this morning so F and I went for a most enjoyable walk along the River Ceiriog. It was lovely to go for a walk without a coat for once.

As soon we got on the path we met an elderly gentleman who had taken his saw for a walk and had been cutting fallen branches that had been over the footpath.  He was keen to chat and we were there for about half an hour while he put the country to rights!

We were pleased to see a dipper collecting grubs from the river.  It was a long way away so the photos aren't very sharp.
