Beallachandrain

This listed farmhouse and steading lies at the bottom of the very steep road between Glendaruel & Otter Ferry.  It is about the same age as our house, which is also a late 18th century farm property , but it is very different in style.  

We had lunch at the ever wonderful Inver today and then drove back along the edge of Loch Fyne,  a road we haven't taken for many a year .

It does take considerably longer than coming via the main Glen road, but the views are stunning, although the top of the road was shrouded in low cloud .
