Time for a sit down

A very brief visit with J this morning. He was in bed and very tired.

Then tackling the jungle that is the garden. I’ve rediscovered some plants that I thought had died, they were just buried under all the buttercups. My gardening instincts lean towards letting nature evolve but my ecology education doesn’t think the buttercup and horsetail monocultures would be that biodiverse!
