Photo Challenge Day #26: Something Sweet

This was the day that I woke up to a pickup truck with a loud speaker going up and down the road outside warning people that it was TOO HOT to go outside! My phone had a similar warning in a red banner that kept popping up no matter how many times I tried to close it. Damn! I guess I had to stay inside and was quite pleased I had come away from 7-Eleven the night before with several cool — and very sweet — treats. This strawberry yoghurt from Duchie, with big pieces of real strawberries, is probably the sweetest thing that I regularly eat in the nation that leads the world in per-capita sugar consumption. It’s even sweeter than the ice cream I ate later in the afternoon.
