Fresh Salmon Dinner

Picked up some salmon today at the fisherman’s market and some fresh asparagus for dinner tonight. Still refining my cooking skills in my new smaller apartment but I think I’m getting the hang of it and tried a homemade sauce for the salmon which turned out pretty good. My next goal is to purge some more items in my 6’X12’ storage unit and move down to a 6’X6’ size before I retire and I keep reminding myself of that plan every time I drive by a yard sale sign and think about stopping. Got a little hiking in today, changed the oil in the truck and cleaned both vehicles up before the rain comes in tomorrow. Sunday will be a day of rest. :)
