Restoring Souls

My alarm is always set for 6.30 when I plan to go to a Parkrun - time to get up, get caffeinated, have a (mini) light breakfast, feel awake and active etc before the run starts at 9.30.

All fine and dandy unless I get home from Glasgow after 11pm and get to my bed about an hour after that...

Yes, I was tired this morning but I turned up for the run, and I finished.

The rest of my day has been less ambitious and the grey, damp weather did not motivate me to get stuck into some gardening.

My Blip is the Kirkcaldy Parkrun race director giving his usual resume of all the rules about children under 14, dogs and other park users.

My energy level should be back to normal for tomorrow.
