Return Of The Green Heron

The green heron had an itch to scratch apparently. Very surprised to see him, as it's still quite early in the season. He made a quiet squawk no and again, maybe calling out for a mate or sibling. This one looks quite small, so perhaps not yet breeding, we'll see.

My title sounds like that of a batman movie.
