Beautiful day with showers in the morning.

I've taken it easy as my leg in swelling more again and even with taking it easy, it's hurting a lot this evening.

The doctor with his "you can do what you want" can kiss my ass. I'm so annoyed. Can do anything but preferred sports cycling and swimming. I'll see the physiotherapist on Wednesday and I think that after that I will see a doctor on a private side. I'm so fed up with all this.

Niklas was here for sauna. I've been cooking a lot today. Also for the following week. I eat better when I've prepared for the week and I'm trying to start routines that will support my future work. Which I hope the knee doesn't fuck up for me.
