Wet, very wet!

It’s been such a dismal depressing day. It actually didn’t stop raining all day, and then we found that the recently-repaired bit of roof above one of the bathrooms in the gîte was leaking so badly, there was a big puddle on the floor!
We did what we could with buckets, towels and plastic sheeting, but our roofer is away on holiday until May 24th and so far there is two inches of water in the buckets!
Still, on the positive side, all this rain is making Elvis’s coat lovely and shiny!
