The Sunshine Pose....

.....and Gerald the Blackbird had entered, hoping at the very least that he could make people smile.

The winner would take home a week's supply of suet, and a copy of 'Birds In The Sun', of which the winner would be the cover photo.

The sun was shining, and you were allowed to strike different poses, as long as they weren't rude.

Gerald to his surprise won, apparently it was the way his eye gleamed in the sunshine that they liked.

So they all want down to the Sunkissed Inn for a good pint, to spread their wings out, have a jolly good twitter and enjoy.
