Miner’s Cottage …..

….. ….. ….. in Arrowtown.

A friend & I went into the Museum this morning to look at all the works in the Art Exhibition. It was a relief to have a long quiet look without lots of people around. There’s some wonderful work there!
At midday my neighbour across the road & I went to Ayrburn to have lunch, to celebrate his birthday, which was last Tuesday. He’s now 91, and is remarkable. Quick witted in every way. I hope I’m like that if I get to his age!
The Ayrburn folk spoilt him with a slice of Tiramisu cake, resplendent with candle. It was gorgeous too!
