Cornflower

As I was snapping today’s blip I was asked by the next door neighbour what I was doing in the garden! Well, I was on the footpath leaning over onto the bed adjacent to the footpath to capture this cornflower. We said how magnificent they were. Life on the edge for blippers.

Pretty much all done for a prompt start in the morning. Only a few things that are needed tonight to put into various bags tomorrow. Gosh we’ve shifted some stuff this week. Looking forward to a change in scenery and a change from all we’ve been doing, especially over the last few months.

Dreadful morning of persistent rain eventually gave way to begrudging dryness this afternoon and now blue skies and light winds.

Earned tonight’s chocolate. Now at my lightest ever adult weight at 13stone 4lbs. Pretty good for a 6’4” chappie.
