A present

It was a lovely day today working from home and at the end of the day I saw beautiful roses in the neighbour's garden. I started taking pictures through the fence when I saw our neighbour going out of his house. I complimented his and his wife's roses. He smiled, asked me to wait a bit, went inside and came out with scissors!! I didn't even have time to protest when he cut one of flowers and gave it to me.
The sun was setting and I started taking pictures against the sun, and below is one that I favoured... Actually I took some B&W photos of roses as well, they appeared to be interesting. but still liked this one more...
