A Glimmer of Glamour...

On a very dull day. 

This Rhodedendron 'luteum Sweet' is by far the brightest thing in our garden today. Despite conditions being so flat and grey we have avoided any rain so I am happy with that.

Went for a stretching two mile walk this morning. Up the hill to The Edge (Wenlock Edge) with J and Hollie.

He walks faster than me and it was interesting to observe how, as we got further up the hill, he slowed down as I speeded up.

But it wasn't a race and we three enjoyed the outing despite the almost complete lack of any views due to the low cloud.

And tonight we are off to the pub for our evening meal, hence the early (ish) blip.

Another weekend looms, and a bank holiday too (UK) So I hope you enjoy it!
