Full disclosure: if I wasn’t so bothered about how other people might react, I would have filled this entire plate with hash browns and nothing else.

Super smooth journey back from Scotland today. Having a night in my own bed before heading off to Wales tomorrow. It’s almost worth popping over to Northern Ireland to complete my tour of our British Isles.
