Grey Heron

There were 5 heron today. The same 5 as yesterday plus another adult. They all met me at the entrance to the park and followed me to the path round the loch via the slope. There were 4 crows plus the coot met me on the path.
There was chick sounds coming from the nest area, there may have been chick sounds from the other end of the loch as well or it could just be the way the sound travelled. The shot is the little female.
