Drum Castle

Revisiting childhood haunts with my Mum and Cyclops & CyclopsJnr.

It was nice to see my old neighbourhood.  Sad to see my old primary school demolished, but the new school (on a different site) looks brilliant.

Drum Castle was good, although the tower was closed for the second time running.  Last time it was bats.  This time renovation work.  We'll make it up there one day...

We went to the beach for a blowy walk in the afternoon, then had a lovely dinner together.
